Yeah… I might have seen him once myself. I was mining, then there was an entity behind me. When I looked to see what it was, it was gone. I knew there was a mob there because there was a kind of flash of white behind me

Weird. Also, on the server, did you actually see him, or did you just see the chat thing where he joined the game?
I saw the chat thing, and he was on the list of players when you press tab. I could see his Herobrine skin head, because it was 1.8
